Tony Gaerte, A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization
Tony has been turning a wrench for as long as he can remember. His father opened a truck and tractor repair shop in 1990; Tony worked with his dad for 10 years. In 2000, he had the opportunity to move into aviation as an apprentice mechanic working on Learjets. Since then, he has worked for a 135 charter operation, a regional airline, and two general aviation fixed base operations. He is also an ATP pilot with instrument and multiengine ratings and owns, along with his wife, a 1946 Piper Cub and a 1991 Waco.
